Contact the local Four-County Crisis Team serving Wright, Sherburne, Benton, and Stearns County residents at 1-800-635-8008 or 320-253-5555. This line provides callers with needs assessments and referrals to appropriate resources. If medically necessary, the Crisis Response Team assists individuals by traveling to their location to provide face-to-face intervention and assessment. If you or someone you know wants to kill themself, they should go to the nearest emergency room or 911 should be called.

Directions to 112 Central Avenue E, Suite A
From Monticello/St. Cloud:
Take 94 East to the first Albertville Exit.
Turn right at bottom of exit onto Cty Rd 19.
Take Cty Rd 19 from Albertville into St. Michael.
Take a left onto Ash Ave NE. It is a side street right before the Catholic Church/School and 241 stoplight. The cemetery will be on your right as you near the turn.
Once on Ash, turn right at the second stop sign onto 2nd St SE.
Take 2nd to the stop sign.
Turn right onto 241 (one way).
Immediately take a right and park in front of the building.
We are located in the old Zahler Photography space.
From Rogers/Maple Grove:
Take 94 West to the St. Michael Exit (exit 205).
Take 241 into St. Michael.
After 241 splits into a one-way, look for the Zahler Photography sign at the corner of 241 and 2nd St SE.
Immediately take a right after passing 2nd St SE and park in front of the building.
We are located in the old Zahler Photography space.
